A Nutrition Audit gives you professional insight into your current habits, helping you understand exactly what to change to move forward with confidence.
After purchase, you’ll complete a detailed intake questionnaire with Jen (booked and done through zoom). Your responses are carefully reviewed and turned into a personalized nutrition assessment and action plan designed specifically for you. We will then book another session to review.  The Audit is sent to you!

    Your coach will carefully analyze your intake forms, food journal, and consultation notes to prepare your customized Nutrition Audit Report.

    6️⃣ Results Session & Delivery.
