After purchase, you’ll receive an email containing your intake forms and 5-Day Food Journal Log. (Please check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see it.)

👉 The intake forms should be completed before your Discovery Call. 👉 Your 5-Day Food Journal will begin before your Discovery Call.

2️⃣ Book Your Discovery Call

You’ll be directed to schedule your 30-minute Discovery Call at a time that works best for you.

3️⃣ Discovery Call (via Zoom)

During this call, we’ll review your current habits, lifestyle, goals, and challenges while ensuring you understand how to complete your food journal and what information will be collected for your audit.

4️⃣ Complete Your 5-Day Food Journal

After the call, continue to track your nutrition using the provided food journal so your coach can analyze real-life eating patterns and behaviors. Send back before you review day as time is needed for recommendations.

5️⃣ Audit Creation & Review Your coach will carefully analyze your intake forms, food journal, and consultation notes to prepare your customized Nutrition Audit Report.

6️⃣ Results Session & Delivery

We’ll meet again on Zoom to review your findings, recommendations, and next steps together. You’ll receive your completed audit report along with a recording of your Discovery Call for future reference.
