  • Receives email containing valuable resources, handouts, tips & guidelines. Also The 5 day food tracker and intake forms to be sent back prior to first appointment .

    In-Person-Body measurements and photos to track results (feel free to do this at home if online)

  • Will review 5 day food plan and make habit based recommendations and explain why we are stating with it

  • Discuss eating stratigies and identifying food portions & serving size.

  • Healthy eating tips & strategies.

  • Discuss blood sugar in relation to foods

  • ** Must fill out the intake forms and send back before first appointment
