Do you have to be fit to join your bootcamp?
No. All fitness levels accommodated
How do you create your workouts?
All programs are developed to meet the following criteria:
Create a butt kicking high intensity interval workout that burns tons of calories in the shortest amount of time.
Teach smart exercises that tone all squishy spots (butt, thighs arms and abs) in under 1 hour.
Provide a fun, motivating way for women to spend their time.
Help you walk away feeling better about yourself than when you walked in.

How soon will I see results?
Results vary depending on your effort level and your level of nutrition (you can’t be eating a tub of ice cream a day and expect results!). Your physical endurance can begin to change in as little as three days. Your physical appearance can begin to change in as little as 2-4 weeks. Everyone’s body is different. Remember, you get what you give.
Is your bootcamp instructor insured and certified?
In order to give you the best results, Jen is fully certified through a recognized Canadian Fitness Institution (CanFitPro and FIT CHICKS Acadamy), and also has Fitness Professional Liability Insurance and CPR.
If I join the 4 week program and love it, can I pay the difference and complete the full 8 week program?
Of course you can! Just pay $60 and you can finish the whole program.
Are outdoor classes rescheduled if it rains? Will you call me?
The outdoor class will only be changed to online due to unsafe conditions (i.e. lighting in vicinity, freezing rain or tornado winds) . If the weather looks suspicious, please call Jen. Her contact details are provided in her emails to you. as well as on the website. Please make sure your also in the private facebook group. The workout would then be through zoom. However, she is working on making workouts to post on the facebook group using youtube as zoom only gives 40 minutes.
Can I reschedule missed classes?
Due to Fierce WOLFitness unique schedule of programs, we do not provide make up sessions. There are workouts posted in the members only facebook group you can do at home.
At Fierce WOLF, we are fun but we are also FIRM (nothing like a little tough love!). Just like joining a team sport, you must commit to your fitness program (i.e. same time each day for program duration). Our programs are structured & require a commitment. This will help encourage you to take accountability not only for the completion of your bootcamp and your ACHIEVEMENTS but also get you into an awesome routine for a long term healthy lifestyle.
Do I get a discount if I bring a group?
YES! Bring 3 other people to sign up for the 8 week program and YOU get $40 off your 8 week program. If your all sign up for 4 weeks you will get a $20 discount. To sign up your group, email Jen at [email protected] to register.
Is there a refund policy?
If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, a refund is available if you notify us 7 days prior to your program start date (a $25.00 cancellation fee will apply.)
If we are notified after your program start date, you will receive a credit towards a future Fierce WOLF program. The credit is good for one year and is transferable. There is no cash refund.
I am under 18 years old. Can I still participate?
The minimum age to participate is 16 years old. All waivers and PARQ forms must be signed by your legal guardian in order to participate.
What do I do when the program is over?
You get re-measured and tested to show your progress and success in the program. The majority of Fierce WOLF participants come back to the pack and sweat up a storm with us again and we are sure you will too!
FAQ - PERSONAL TRAINING
What is personal training? Is it right for me?
Personal training is designed to help you get to your fitness goals quicker and efficiently regardless of fitness level. Our individualized programs and nutrition tips will help you crush your goals!
What are the certifications required to be a trainer?
Trainers are required to be certified in fitness/personal training and have had CPR training within the last year.
Can I gift personal training to someone else?
Yes! However, they need to be able to get to the location for training. (Palmadeo and Rodeo dr. in Barrhaven)
How much does personal training cost?
There are a variety of different packages for training. Please see "Pricing" section on this website to see the cost.
Can I transfer my Personal training sessions to someone?
If that person lives close enough to get to the sessions, yes you can. However, they are only able to be transferred once.
How long are each session?
Each session is generally 60 minutes. If you are late, session will still end at the designated time.
What happens if I missed a session or need to cancel a session?
Fierce WOLFitness requires 24 hours notice to cancel at no charge. In terms of billing, the same amount will be taken out each week however we will rebook that session when it is convenient for both parties. If you miss an appointment or cancel within the 24 hours, you session is lost and will not be rebooked.
Can I bring a friend to my personal training?
Although you can't bring a friend to YOUR personal training sessions, you can purchase sessions to do together. It would end up being a bit more than half price of a single person session for both of your payments. Please contact Jen at [email protected] you have questions or would like to do this option.
