I joined group fitness and personal training classes with Jen at Fierce WOLFitness and really enjoyed them! The bootcamp was open to all levels and Jen was present, answered questions and motivated everyone!
For personal training I couldn't be happier! She pushed me to my limits and was very motivating. I suffer from hand injuries and she was able to offer modifications. I felt great during and after my sessions and started seeing visible results quickly.
I did both group training and Personal training with Jen at Fierce WOLFitness and I noticed results super fast. I lots some pounds and gained strength and energy. I loved being with other people for group training but also enjoyed the one on one time to focus on my strength and nutrition.
