Bootcamps

Personal Training

Prefer to exercise alone but want someone there to hold you accountable? Do you have specific goals in mind that you are trying to accomplish? Try one on one sessions with a personal trainer. Personal trainers can accelerate your results Currently booking for beginners/intermediate levels.

Also available, Partner Training.  Bring a friend to train with as it makes it even more fun!

Nutrition

Weightloss is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise! Taking a look through what you are eating and drinking during your week, I can recommend strategies to help get you to your goals! Add this on to your personal training sessions to really excel in getting to your results or use as a stand alone.

I joined group fitness and personal training classes with Jen at Fierce WOLFitness and really enjoyed them! The bootcamp was open to all levels and Jen was present, answered questions and motivated everyone!

For personal training I couldn't be happier! She pushed me to my limits and was very motivating. I suffer from hand injuries and she was able to offer modifications. I felt great during and after my sessions and started seeing visible results quickly.
